Considering selling my rig here is what I have in it:

Lapped Phenom II X4 970 @ 3.8 Ghz. Will do 4.1Ghz with RASA RS360.
2x2 GB (4GB) 1333 G.Skill memory
MSI Radeon 6870
ASRock 870 Extreme3 Mobo
Windows 7 EDIT - Home Premium 64bit
Raidmax 730 Watt
DVD RW
BluRay reader, installed. Never used!

Xclio A380BK Full tower case (Free if you want to pay for shipping)

If it's got the kit installed (drained for safety reasons) I'd say it'd sell for $700. Any quad core CPU within the last three years will still perform admirably in any game. Heck. @ 4.1GHz, a Phenom II is plenty fast.
