The spacing in FRONT of the HDD trays has to be one of the most brilliant design choices I've ever seen. About 60mm, I presume?

That is correct. You can actually install 11 bay devices in the front biggrin.gif and also on the top of the case too. It is possible to install some card readers or some other devices which can be placed verticaly on the top. We will have additional bezels with audio connectors, USB ports....etc the same colour as case.
