probably not. can't find any reviews. websited was created recently. the little "upfront" link down at the bottom is disabled. their twitter account has 19 followers and is registered under "Nathan McDaniel" and they lack a fb page or any other form of external reference.

edit: reading the reviews, this is a pretty common scam. they hold your money, earning interest on it or using it for other nefarious means, and avoid returning it for as long as possible, hoping you will eventually give up. these types of scams are usually operated out of third world countries, making tracking them down extremely difficult. often, even if your credit card company issues a refund, they will be unable to retrieve the funds themselves, allowing the scammer to rake in cash for free.
