Can I overclock Intel 3570k to 4.0 ghz with Corsair H50?

I'm finally considering upgrading to Intel from an Phenom 955 @ 3.7ghz.

I'm currently looking at the 3570k, and heard it runs extremely hot.

Can someone tell me if my Corsair H50 (push and pull) can cool a 3570k @ 4.0GHZ at safe temperatures? Right now, ambient temperature gets as high as 30 to 35C.

4.0 GHz is a tiny overclock, so I will say that it will be ok.

 

However, I'd say that you need your own water cooling system.  How do you keep cool in that heat?  I'd have to be sitting around naked!
