Sufficient power?

Hi all!
I got my cousin wanting to throw together a computer now, and was wondering whether or not this will be a sufficient power supply.

He will not be overclocking, but will be using an i5-3570, an H77 motherboard, and a Radeon 7850.

From this review, it uses 270 from the wall for BF3 under 4.8 Ghz i7 2600k as well as an overclocked 7850. For simplicity sake let's just say that accounting for psu efficiency, it hits at the highest around 250 watts actual. It will be less than 50% load under that psu. My rule of thumb is if it's less than 70% load when gaming, you should have absolutely no problems long term wise.
