Insufficient Permisions

When ever I try to update my gpu driver is says "Insufficient Permissions" and deletes itself before I can even try to open it. It just deletes itself after downloading. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm new at this,I'm gonna build my first PC over the summer and I want to overclock my laptop. (I want to update the driver to modify Fan Speed so my computer doesn't over heat as much)

Have you tried, right click, run as administrator?
