My Setup:

CPU: i7 2600k 4.5
Motherboard: p8z68-v/gen3
CPU cooler: h60
GPU: 560ti Twin Froxr
Thermal Paste: Artic Silver 5
Ram: 8gb
PSU: 1000w

I was wandering if my temps are ok and what i could do to lower them, this is my first build and actually my first time overclocking a cpu, so im not 100% positive if I have everything set correctly.

I put the cpu vcore to 1.325 and the multiplier to 45 for 4.5 with an base block of 100

My ambient room temperature is 30c

thats a pretty hot room. I think 40c might be reasonable

You need to use a offset instead of 1.325v 24/7.

You may need to place load on the CPU in order to see your actual VID. So if it seems very low, like much lower than mine, then maybe run Prime95's Blend test for a few seconds.
Once you see it, find the difference between the VID and 1.504V.
