That's a surface mount capacitor, if its not a very important component then its alright to run the card. If not it could be dangerous.

the card may actually still work fine. i friend dropped a some pliers/multi tool on his sapphire 4850 and knocked a bunch of things off the back, it still worked and OCed.

That little module thing whatever it is looked all beat up the card worked still. I took it out to clean and started picking on it and one of the module thingy fell off.
