m3a79-t Deluxe mobo

I just flashed my bios to 1801 (more than a year late lol) and wanted to ask if anyone has overclocked it by using the percentage changes listed. I believe it gives you the option to overclock it starting at 3% up to 30%. Is it really as simple as choosing one of those numbers? You don't have to configure anything else? Thanks.

Its that simple if you have the cooling to handle increased temperatures

I have a Zalman 92mm fan on there. An older model but still better than what the cpu came with. Not looking to for too much, just a bit of a bump. Thanks for the info.
