I'm all for it, but I've always been afraid of being banned from LIVE if I were to mod any game that uses it.

I've tested 2 version of Ice 2.1 for 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0 ...

Both look entirely different for some reason, the 1.0.7.0 is much more realistic.

Turn off your afterburner or EVGA and FRAPs... or you can use the ENB injector from Skyrim.. (never try it)

Well... still on sales half price but not 75%.

My rule was:

1. Wanted Game? Yes

2. 66% or 75% off? Yes

3. Buy.

If you see games like 40% or 60% number, Those are the lowest they can go.

The 50% number is possible to be 75% on Flash or Vote.

I've learned this through my observation.
