Does this require the older Rockstar SC BS, or is it fairly easy to install? I tried installing it before, and it simply would not work, even following step by step direction. mad.gif

Yes, 2.1 does work on the latest version of Steam.

After my question last night about the best way to install / remove this mod, I put together a little video for anyone else who might be wanting to try this out.

It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, but hopefully this should help anyone who might still be having some trouble:

It works fine on my BoGT with the extra shader pack. I had to turn everything down to medium, shadows, night shadows and reflections off, tri-linear filtering to get playable fps on my 1680x1050 monitor. Atleast this is the game that finally makes me want to upgrade my graphics card. Thinking an overclocked 7870 then that'll max everything and last me to the 89xx series smile.gif

Crap, wish I saw this earlier. The fact that this didn't work with Steam's version of GTA IV kept me from buying it. I hope they do an encore of the sale so I can pick up GTA IV Complete edition and download this beauty.

You can downgrade the Steam Version. Which is a better method anyways as 1.0.7 will never look as good as 1.0.4. thumb.gif
