Ultra low budget gaming $250 or less

Hey guys,

Helping out a friend who wants to play most Steam games on medium settings. Doesn't mind if he has to play on low as well.

He will only be needing the mobo, CPU, and RAM as everything else he will reuse from his older computer.

His screen is a 23" 1080p but he can run games at 1440x900 or lower if need be, correct?

Here are the components I picked out. Let me know if there are better options for either a little more or less. He would like to keep the budget as low as possible:

you have a soild foundation Id swap the APU with this

its unlocked so just use the mutiplyer bump it to 3.0Ghz also run your ram at 1866 you can run at 1920 x 1080 HDMI no problrm
