About your ram, what's the version number on your sticker? See here http://www.overclock.net/intel-memor...longer-d9.html

If you have v1.x they should overclock very well, otherwise let's just say they won't win any OC'ing championships. If you wanna know if your ram is stable, prime95 isn't what you want. Go get memtest86+ and run that on them, then you'll know if your ram is stable. I'm sure you've already been told this too, but that mobo isn't a great OC'er either.
