I think its a matter of RMA Office. I had no problem with my ASUS P5Q-E RMA. Maybe ASUS Canada is bettter?

I always make videos of rma. I make sure I package it in the video, i also show a time stamp at the beginning and end of packaging. This sucks dude. I almost had bad rma with asus. Lucky l have a video. It saved my ass! One reason I stay with EVGA.

As an update I received my motherboard back.. However I have no clue what happened to it. I never heard from ASUS that they received, they never updated the ticket, and it came back without any shred of information. All I know is this is my motherboard and it has a little less dust.. but had a few ants in the box. I updated my ticket asking for some clue on what happened. I've never experienced anything like this before. confused.gif

No clue, I'm waiting for my PSU. I sent it back to Corsair for cap whine since the mobo went out and I knew I was going to be down. I responded to ASUS and will either get the PSU and test myself or get word from them. I'll let you know as soon as I do.. I just find this very bizarre.
