Which two ports should I use for In and Out if I want to achieve the fountain effect?

Return line from the Loop to the res to use the waterfall => Red marked Inlet in the Aqualis Base shown in some posts.
Pump out => Out labeld Connection from the D5 Top, close off the IN port in the D5 Top
To Fill the Aqualis use any of the 3 connectors surrounding the center one in the Top.
That´s what I did yesterday, but with a DDC Top, but I´d say they should work the same

One dump question regarding the fountain effect.

I have heard and read that when using the top of a res as inlet you should use an inlet pipe by the likes of bitspower aqua-pipe in order to prevent air from being circulating in the loop. This is not an issue with the fountain effect?

if you use an inlet that´s above waterlevel of the res, there will always be air in the tube to the inlet as water is running down and air going up.
Looks "strange" wenn the system is off but other than that I wouldn´t mind.
The moment you start the system the pump will move water through the loop and the "dry" hoses will be flodded again.

When you use the center inlet in the top of the Aqualis you will have the same effect as water will run down, air up.
This does not happen if you use the lower input in the base for the fountain effekt.
Pic of my system above shows this, tube from rad to res stays flooded and the shot was taken with pump off

I just wish I could get rid of the 9000 bubbles lining my reservoir walls. Maybe if I shake it a little to scoot them off the glass?

You could add 1 drop (no more than that) of dish soap. It's a surfactant that will reduce the surface tension of water to help budge stubborn bubbles.

The soap method has been recommended and tried by lots and lots of people before, and except in instances where someone added more than one drop I've never heard of a bad result from it: https://www.google.com/search?q=drop+dish+soap+loop

Hmm, I'm running Mayhem's X1 though....will that still have the same effect?

Hmmm, that..... I dunno. Perhaps explain your issue and ask in the Mayhems thread.

It took my res about a week or two for the majority of the bubbles to disappear, they will in your I promise just takes a little bit of time. I never tried the dish soap idea, I also heard of someone adding too much so it kind of deterred me from it.
Alright, I think I'll play the waiting game then. I don't feel like doing any dish soap experimentation hah....too much has already gone wrong in the process of this build. Thanks guys.
