that was running superpi32M one core and F@H on the other. this was a fresh install of windows again as I hated XP so I don't have all the other programs I once had running all the time.

ambient was a little warm at around 76.5*F

the cooling is just the stock heat sink plus 1x120mm and the fan on my antec coolermaster or powermaster whichever 2.0
other then that the only thing I have added is the AS5 on the heat sink which was a fresh batch right before I ran that test so it hasn't had time to set in though I don't know if that makes any difference.

no idea how load it is compared to anything else as the last computer I built was a k6-2 and other then that I have used a 1.8 williamette which just sucks
