Best tablet for 750 including tax /shipping?

My primary use for this tablet is for school.

I'm choosing this over a netbook or laptop primarily because of battery life.

I would be getting a bluetooth keyboard with it, making the tablet perfect for lectures.

My first tendency is to grab an older ipad 2 or something however I know little of the android tablets, like the transformer prime.

Can anyone chime in? Going to buy today...

Since you're going to have to buy it today, how about an ASUS Transformer Prime? Later batches don't suffer WiFi/GPS issues that much compared to the earlier models. Also, the keyboard dock does more than a standard BT keyboard as it allows for a full-sized SD slot and USB port as well as additional battery life.

Yep. Just this week. The Gray 32GB model ($499) and dock ($149) appears to be in stock at B&H Photo Video (free shipping, tax in NY).
