Whats this problem called and how do I fix it.

So I'm having a problem with a couple games, I have no idea what it is. Looks a little like screen tearing but it happens weather it's at 30fps or 100+fps. So far I have this problem with The Witcher and Trine, but BF3, Dragon age, metro2033, duece ex, both batman games all play perfectly fine.

The other weird thing is that it only does it on my center and left screens which are connected via DP, the third screen on the right is connected via dvi.

I have tried running the game with x fire on and off, tried on one screen and three screens, reinstalled older drivers then cleaned them out and put the newest ones. Tried forcing v synch and triple buffering, and turning every setting in the game up and down to see if it made a difference. I have also deleted and reinstalled the game and nothing seems to help.

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? I cant seem to find anything online, but I dont really know what to call the problem either.

EDIT: forgot to add that I also tried setting everything back to stock clocks to make sure the overclocks weren't causing this issue.
