Tygon 3603, the type you had shown earlier, is pretty bad about leeching also. And it isn't a result of the water heating up, hot water just accelerates the problem.
The pump in the resevoir is just a straight pump, the separate pump in your list has been modified by Swiftech with that block you mentioned, the speed control, and fittings and mounts for being used inside a case. The XSPC dual bay resevoirs do not dismantle, they are one solid piece of acrylic that has been heat-welded together.
EK only wants their coolants run in their blocks, anything else and you'll never get them to replace anything under warranty if something goes wrong. Personally, I know EK is cheap and pretty, but if I were going to piece together my own loop I'd do it with the more expensive brands. You're already paying a premium buying it piecemeal, you might as well make sure that you get a quality product and that one thing in your loop isn't going to screw up the rest. Heatkiller, MIPS, etc... There are some good manufacturers out there that get ignored either because of the extra $15 or the international shipping.
