Help! Installed GS800 PSU and HD 6850 card; no boot lights; no POST; something with the EPS12v cable

Hi, I bought a new PSU and put in my new graphics card.

I get no power or hard drive light; no POST beeps; and the EPS12v connector was a 2x4-pin that separated in individual cables; I plugged that in, and inserted my PCI card through HDMI.

I don't think the CPU is getting any power because of the EPS12V cable.

What to do?

I just inserted two PCI-E 6-pin cables into the video card.

Though, I feel that the CPU is not being powered on. It works on 65W, my Athlon II X2 255.

It's a dual core, so a 4-pin EPS12V coming out of an 800W quality PSU like this one is plenty. It should have all the power it would ever want and need.

It has to be something else, like maybe it's the PSU, or maybe it's the video card. Or maybe the video card isn't in all the way even if it looks like it is.

For now; I put in my old PSU and GPU for a new PC build that will be accompanied by Crossfire/SLI mobo as well as a sleeker case.

My current PC configuration is working for me right now.

I will think about it when I rest a little bit.
