Would these work for insulation?

Retail units used to come with flexible 12v pad heaters to put on the back to help fight condensation but as they're very hard to find now I've found these

12v @ 10w, would they work on the back of a motherboard on a PC PSU?

I imagine they would work if wired correctly, and they're insulated, but why would you want to?

Too stop condensation on the back of the board, meens I can get shot of ugly J cloths then smile.gif
