Streaming video to my website

Does anybody know how I would go about streaming live video to my site.

Im not talking about streaming a video like youtube, but streaming live footage.

If it helps, im currently using bluehost.

Main reason I want to know, is because I normally stream on Twitch.tv but as of late, all of the large tournaments etc are making the site extremely slow, and sometimes causing site-wide problems, so I would like to move my stream from a 3rd party site to my own site.

Reason I posted here, is because I assumed that it would require some coding (html or something)

If not, please redirect me smile.gif

I remember reading about them once but don't remember anything.
See if these sites help you in any way.

I think you could use Microsoft expression encoder to stream live media and I think adobe has a version of it to called encode.

I already have the software to stream (xSplit) Its what most gamers use to stream games, and it allows to stream through RTMP and to ip's etc. So I dont need software, I just need to find out how to setup something to stream TO on my site.

Thanks for the info though, ill check out those programs.
