Revo 1600 on Win7 64bit - 1.5GB Memory Usable?

Hi everyone,
I have a fresh install of Win7 Ultimate 64-bit and noticed that the resource manager is saying that only 1.5GB of the 2GB RAM is "usable"? I am a confused, shouldn't it say 2GB "usable"? I have 4GB of SODIMM memory being mailed out and would like to know if all 4GB will be usable for the Acer Aspire Revo 1600 when I receive it?

Shared video memory takes up some of your RAM.

OK so I upgraded the Revo from 2GB of SODIMM to 4GB and now it says "2.75GB Usable". What gives? Is the shared video memory using up more than 500MB now that it sees 4GB?

I think I've seen some systems that dynamically allocate video RAM depending on total system RAM amount. Have you checked the bios to see if there's a setting for the shared VRAM?
