Just rebuilt my comp from R3 -> R4 and I have to say you are totally right on your statement, the only thing that was a little bit disappointing was I had hoped for the R4 to be a little better keeping the noise down. Although it's better than the R3 even on that front.

Just ordered a R4 artic white with window, got tired of waiting for the 900D (ill get it sometime later this year) when delays won't be a problem.

Earlier this year I helped a friend build a gaming system. Based on a lot of user reviews I suggested he go with the Define R4. I was really impressed with it, so much so that I decided to get one for myself. I went from an inverted TJ07 to a black windowed Define R4 earlier today. I just felt the need to go back to something more simple and smaller. So far I'm pretty happy with the results although I didn't swap too many components over since I was also downgrading from SB-E to SB.

This thread is nearly 1 year old, why are random people bumping it once a month?

I guess I got the lemon of the Define R4 party. Side panels that don't fit well, rivets that prevent PSUs from mounting flush against the case rear...

It was like choosing between Megan Fox and Rosie Huntington with the R4 White Window and the P280 White Window biggrin.gif. I went with the latter but the R4 is a damn good case thumb.gif
