Processor and memory?

Thread Starter
Hey,
I know this is pretty nooby of me but im still learning. When the FSB on a cpu is around say 800mhz does my RAM have to mach it in order to get proper overclocks?
Could someboady explain to me how this area works?
Thanks

Modern overclocking motherboards allow over locking CPU and memory independently.
Memory and CPU can be "uncoupled" in the BIOS.
