Plug in headphones or speakers to the Green
Microphone into the Pink line-out

Then mess with Windows settings & DG audio center, It'll work.

I've run into the same issue. I've reseated the card and tried what I thought was everything. I've turned off the onboard sound, uninstalled every other driver related to sound. I've plugged in the headphones to every port. The Windows Playback devices only shows my device. The Xonar DG audio center shows the equalizer moving when I play a song. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Tried changing every option that I could see on both Windows and the Xonar DG audio center.

I'm always met with complete silence. Did you ever get yours working?
