Android is open source, at worse we'll just have phones not come with those user interface stock, but everyone will be.using some sort of custom rom.

This wasn't really all that clear to me so I read the patent and now I'm even more confused:



Personally with the market share Android has now I doubt Apple will be able to remove it from the market, although my trust in the US government and patent office has become so small I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised.
