4pin fan to 3(2?) pin controller

Can anyone suggest a connector to go from a 4pin pwn fan to a 3 (actually only 2 active pin) fan controller? Ive looked but cant seem to get the right part

Bought these connectors but if they are the correct ones, cant seem to figure out what plugs into where? rofl....

I cant search US shops and newegg don't have any.
Try searching google shopping for "4-pin pwm to 3-pin fan adapter" then post a link to one.
