I can understand 100% why they dropped XP, but vista on the other hand is practically the same as windows 7.

Except with tons of bugs and fairly small market shares. Personally, I don't think it's because Microsoft believes it's outdated, they simply want to forget about Vista...

Exactly just end xp and vista already so people can't use it, I'm sick of having outdated and ****ty software in my school maybe if they have to pay to upgrade they'll realize to install Ubuntu.
