Zowie ec1 evo mousewheel issue

Hi,

i have a problem with my new Zowie ec1 evo: the scroll wheel doesn't always react. i can scroll a few times, then it stops scrolling, although i still turn the scroll wheel. after a few moment i can scroll again. Then it stops reacting again.. and so on..
Does anyone else have this issue? Could my old Logitech mouseware driver cause this issue? Or is the mouse defective?

I have one, scrollwheel works flawlessly

The driver shouldn't. Can you try on another PC?

If it does the same thing, it's likely defective.

I'm getting sent my third Ec2 evo now. Their tech support is amazing. This time they opened the mouse to see if the the Scroll wheel tilted bad.
