I'm going to be buying these parts later today and wanted to hear from other people if these are good quality.

I will be buying more RAM when i get some more money but other then that I cannot get more money for better parts.

You are going to MC? It's currently $50 off any Z77 motherboard with purchase of the 3570k there.

Looks pretty good. If you plan on overclocking I recommend using a top down cooler like the GeminII to make sure the VRMs on the motherboard stay cool.
If You can get the $50 off, I'd spring for the z77 extreme 4.
The xms3 looks like a 1.65v kit, which might hold you back a little. These samsung sticks seem to be pretty good overclockers and the low profile and voltage will help for overclocking.

Looks good. I would say maybe go for G.Skill value series or some other ram that is 1.5v instead of 1.65v. 1.5v ram works better with IB/SB.
