It would defiantly be better to send the pump now than to have to send the whole system to Corsair down the road. Anyways, I hope you have a problem free RMA and get your computer back up running soon.

my RMA H100 should come from the "new & improved" batch that is supposed to curtail the grind, gurggle
and clicking noise from the pump. mine was a dead controller (no lights/no fans).
you can express RMA. once an RMA is created, you can register on corsairs forum and inquire with RAMGUY
with your case #. and if you want express, he can detail the information for that.
