I have not tested my Samsungs extensively but so far they do:

2133 10-11-10-28 1.45v 1t (12hour prime95 stable)
2333 10-11-11-28 1.5v 1t (stable AFAIK, never had a BSOD)
2400 11-12-12-31 2t (bench stable)

I think it crashed at 1866 CL8.

This memory won't break records but it will keep up with most 2133 kits at half the price and lower voltage.
Overclocking memory is kind of tedious though, if you're not a patient guy get a 2133 CL9 set

I personally LOVE tinkering with this kit but I have such little time to do so... sometimes regret not buying a 2133 CL9 1.5v kit but I am getting closer to 2133 CL9 on mine for daily usage.

2400Mhz 10-11-11-31 1.65v not bad for $181 uh?
