Anyone remember "that" motherboard? - Page 2

I personally remember SOYO boards. I had a socket 478 SOYO Dragon Motherboard. 4x DDR 400 DIMM Slots, AGP, and 6 PCI Slots. It ran a P4 2.66Ghz CPU. Great little thing, but I didn't have an AGP card so I never got to "use" it.

I remember Soyo - it was the mobo for my first ever PC build - had a 1ghz Duron. Back in the day I always wanted a Dual Xeon board... by the time I was employed Xeons were gone and the quad cores were here :-p

Nah, not prehistoric. Just strange. DFI was king on here for the longest time and then all-of-a-sudden stopped manufacturing consumer boards.
