What is this cabling called? the individual cables?

its individually sleeved 24 pin cable and 8 pin cables.

you can ether do it yourself or buy some extensions like these posted below.

It is just individually sleeved cables ... bitfenix sells them as premade cables or you can buy sleeving and do it yourself ... Lustro has some great tutorials

You may like it.

It is a nice looking kit ... but I hate how they have done their shrink tubing ... With the bitfenix cables you at least can't see the shrink tubing

I love the bitfenix ones, high quality. Way better than NZXT's and Modright's.
