Which monitor to buy

Hey everyone, just registered on this forum here after months of reading without an account !
So right now I'm working and earning money for a new gaming rig , I have almost decided all the component except for the monitor... so my question to you is : what monitor should I buy ?
Because my desk isn't that big , I want something between the sizes of 21" and 23" , I want something that's about 200€ or 250$ if you set it in dollar. Also I have a question : would there be a difference between a monitor with 2/3ms response time or 5ms response time ? Thanks in advance

Nobody has replied because, at that budget, there isn't really anything special on the market. BUT, you should look for something that is 1080/1200p and with a response time of 5ms or below. After that, matte of glossy. That's pretty much all the choice you'd get, I ended up with a £150 Packard Bell Viseo 230ws panel, 1080p, 5ms.
