Well sir, MSI does their warranty via the serial number on the card itself and requires no registration. Their standard for gpus is 3 years, so you should have ~ 2 years left on that puppy. As far as value, I'd price it at around 150 GBP ? I know you guys pay a bit more for your hardware over there unfortunately.
570's over here are sitting in the marketplace for $200 USD and don't seem to be selling well. Start there and see how it goes.
