How much power do I need?

I'll get straight to it: What wattage of PSU should I buy? Here are my specs:
3930k w/ h100 (will be OCing, count it as 5.5 ghz/1.6v)
Asus DCII TOP 680 (possibly another in the future)
32 gb Ripjawsz 8x4(1.6v) will be ocing
2x SG Barracuda
Also 5 ish fans will be in there in total.

600w as it sits, 750w+ for the second card.

Also, the h100 will not cool a 3930k at 5.5 or 1.6v.

A quality 750 watt psu will handle that system fine if you take into consideration running SLI.

As jesusboots stated you're going to want a phase cooler to run that at 5.5 1.6v

Thanks for the advice. Do you think that 750 would leave me much headroom for OCing?

Yep,

you'll be able to OC to the max two gtx680s and a 3930k with a quality 750w unit. The gtx680s are very efficient. The cpu is a hog in power, but the 750w is still enough.

Normally I tell people they're nuts for going way overboard, but for two GTX 680s and trying to hit those kinds of figures on the CPU, I'd go with 850W.

To just get to 4.8 GHz or so, full load, an i7-3930k needs about 120W over stock speeds (which already draw in the 120W range). Add another 120W at least if you're trying to far surpass that. I'd leave some 450W for everything else in the system including those two GTX 680s, particularly if you're overclocking those any.

Price differences and selection at 850W compared to 750W is not that different. It's probably not necessary, but maybe you want a PSU and motherboard with two EPS12V connectors.
