690 II is a great case for the price. I use to own one, and have used several in builds for friends. They have a great airflow, plenty of room for most anything, and looks pretty sleek while doing it.
Other cases that are in the same price that I think are nice:

All of those cases are similar in size and price. Most of them all have the same features even.

That's very subjective. What I view as the 'best case for the money' may not be the same as what you think it would be. What features are you looking for the most? Bottom mount PSU? 4 HDD's trays or more? Spot to mount internal radiator? External HDD tray? Window or no window? Color choice?
As I'm sure you know, there are tons of options to look for. Which options do you need/want the most? The more specific you get, the better match we can find.

I certainly feel it is, based on whether or not you plan to move your case around much.
Full towers give you lots of room to work with, and allow for more options if you later decide to take advantage of them.

Well, I'm assuming you're building your own PC, and not upgrading the case on a pre-built computer. I personally buy Full Tower cases, I love the impression they give off when you walk into the room. If you are building a PC, I would want something that gives you a lot of room to expand later on. I just bought a Azza Genesis 9000 two weeks ago (It comes in black/red also) and I love the sheer modability of the case. It's like a Swiss army knife, you don't know what you will need, but if you need it, it's there. If you go to my build log in my sig for "Arctic Rain" you can read my review of it there.

Edit: And the price for the 9000 is great. About $140 IIRC

All PC cases regardless of size can either attract attention, or be completely invisible. That choice is yours, but keep in mind that some features are shared, but some features are unique to one of those two styles.
