I have had an Xbox 360 for a while now and I'm thinking about picking up a Super Slim, do you guys think that it is to late to get a PS3? I just want it to play the exclusives I've missed out on.

No it is definitely not too late. I sold my PS3 a few years back and am getting this new slim if a price drop occurs. I missed out on some great exclusives. We don't even know if the PS4 will feature backwards comparability so if it doesn't, you could miss out on some good games on the PS3 side.

For me, I usually wait about 6-8 months after the release of a new console to even think about buying it since I want to avoid early manufacture problems with the first builds of the systems. The PS4 has rumors of releasing around early 2014 so with waiting those months, you would still have a good 2 years to play the PS3 exclusives. Also, the PS3 won't be obsolete after the PS4 releases. Plenty of people played and still play the PS2 after the release of the PS3.

PS3 just YLOD on me yesterday after 5 years of good service. Probably gonna try to revive it just long enough to transfer saves because I really dont wanna waste 50 hours on tales of graces again -_-.

Fix it. Put the motherboard in the oven @ 200*C for about 10 minutes and it should be ready to go. At least for a couple of months untill the Super Slim comes out and to get all your beloved files back...

It's never too late. You can get alot of games off eBay for under $15. Even exclusives.

I think it looks horrible. Like a smashed FAT model. They could have done a much better job redesigning it.

In MY opinion anyway.

I will stick to my 320 SLIM and my dead 60GB with BC in the closet biggrin.gif
