Help with overclocking FX 4100.

Specs-FX 4100
-AsrockU3S3
-win7 64
-4gb RAM
-Asus 6670? 6770?
So my Cpu runs at about 50C while playing a game,and on internet in a warm room probably around 78F
I want to overclock to 4GHZ but have absolutely no idea how too even start.
soon i'm getting a CPU cooler but for right now i'm using the stock Heatsink and fan.

Leave it be for now. I highly recommend not overclocking with your current board.

It's not super-duper bad..
raise the reference clock to 220-ish
I had a chore getting the RAM right with that type of chip ..and it's been too long and I can't remember..
