also other than that i want to know if there is a way to do this and get 2 video cards to designate each to there own copy among other things so i can have one system that can accommodate 2 people trying to play games im using virtual box right now and i do not thing ill be able to do this also when doing this will i benefit from one of amds 8 core fx chips or a 6 core phenom ( i want to go intel but as it stands its too pricey) this would be awesome if i am able to figure this out

I don't see why you would want to. You'd put 2 video cards into 1 pc, one to be used by one version of Windows 7 and another to be used by another copy of Windows 7? You'll pay double for Windows 7 and GPUs for no increased performance, but you're concerned with the price of CPUs??

I have tried to go down this road about a year ago with very bad results. The performance was so bad that I would give up on the idea right now.
