3x1080p or 1x1440p?

Hello everybody!
I am about to buy me a new system and I also want to replace my actual monitor.
So i was wondering if i should buy 3x a 1080p 21.5" monitor or should go with one big 1440p 27". If i would just use the system for games, i would go with the Eyefinity setup but I also use a lot of Photoshop for Webdesign. I will buy a overclocked HD 7970.
What would you recommend?
Thanks in advance. smile.gif

I'd go with the 27", because I am irritated by bezels so that would disrupt the flow of my work, and you will be able to run games for longer with a single screen (rather than upgrading constantly to accommodate playing in Eyefinity).

I just switched from 3x1080 to the Catleap and would not go back to the Eyefinity. The 27" 1440p is stunning and I always found playing in eyefinity was more of a novelty than anything.

Just my opinion.

Already thought of that. Thanks guys. Will go with a 1440p monitor now. Which one would you recommend? The one from Dell?

I have the Yamasaki Catleap and the Dell U22 in portrait on the side for other work. For the money the Catleap is probably the best thing I have ever bought, and not just for my computer lol
