Yup, this! Check out a picture of my sig rig NZXT Vulcan if you'd like.
The entire side panel is mesh, which gives it great airflow. You can mount your H40 radiator where the front 120mm intake fan would normally go.
You can also install two 120mm fans on top, and a 80/92mm fan on the rear. The NZXT Vulcan also has a built in fan controller so you can control up to 4 fans (2 knobs, each control 2 fans), so you can crank them up when gaming and turn them down when you're websurfing/studying
It can fit a 560ti 448-core Twin Frozr III just fine, look up the dimensions and compare it to the card you plan on using. Longer cards CAN fit under the 3.5" bay, and there won't be any issue regarding shorting since there is a plastic non-conductive layer underneath the drive cage (in case your card DOES end up going under it)
