battlefield 3 wont open

Problem started last night randomly.

origin opens, game manager opens and says joining server and then nothing happens, then about a minute later game manager goes off and im back to the main screen where you choose quick match, server browser etc.

Ive gone into game manager and done a repair install but still nothing happens.

any ideas? i really dont wana have to download it again as last time i did origins servers were slow as hell.

I've had a similar issue in the past and it ended up being related to FXAA injector. Just had to reinstall the the injector files and I was good to go. Hope its the same for you.

no idea what this is. after a quick google search it seems an fxaa is to improve graphics but ive not installed such program
