1. Check Your task manager
2. I just your screen brightness to automatic
3. Anything like games or constantly running aps will drain the battery
4. If you are using custom backgrounds or custom configurations then you will see a difference in battery life.

Nothing unusual: 48% screen, 24% os, 10% idle. Everything else is minuscule.
My screen is on automatic and it's not that bright. I keep my screen slightly dimmer than average.

Isn't JB supposed to make your CPU more responsive to the touchscreen, making it run at its top clock speed as soon as you touch the screen and keep it there so the performance is snappy?
That's supposed to be one of the features of JB over ICS, a faster responding device due to a higher clocked CPU for more of the time. Of course, with the higher clock speed comes more battery drain.

You are not alone. I would wait for some full custom roms. Now I barely get 2.5 h with jb. Used to get 5h screen time with a ICS custom Roms.

Download the app "CPU Spy" from the Play store and run it for a few hours to check if your phone is going into deep sleep.
Also BetterBatteryStats is a good app to check for any rogue apps or anything keeping your device awake. Do a google search for the free "XDA edition"

I use my Phone a lot less since i got my iPad for Movies and Web. I got to use the phone 1 day with 3G and i got ~ 2.5 hours before the battery hit 14%. To me that terrible.

What are you getting for total battery life? The OS usage seems a little high to me, but i'm not on jelly bean either.
