The edge of the GPU block looks like it is the new XSPC waterblock.. linky here. As for the bridge, it's just a male-to-male extender.

Yup. I would actually have the pump upside down so there are 3 ports on the top and 1 at the bottom. Have the jet tube be on the inlet to the res, cap one of the top ones and the 3rd top one is your fill port. The anti-cyclone one goes on the single port that goes to the pump.
