I think you should be fine. You might see a bit of a temp increase but nothing to worry about.

IMO, you should go for more wattage than your usage so go for 800Watt PSU with lower rpm 140mm fan with PWM function so that it is not heated much due to low load and if its PWM it would rotate at very lower RPM and hence you will not hear it

is super flower not available where you are? the golden silent is a better psu than the seasonic and does platinum @ 600w. for your load level there will be very little heat and a decent case will have airflow from the case fans helping the psu cool itself anyway
