There are too many stupid patents granted; swinging on a swing, turning off part of a device to save power, interacting in a virtual world. There is a company trying to sue Blizzard because players are interacting in a virtual world (WOW).
The whole patent is describe as

There needs to be a change to the patent system. I say maybe we should review some of the granted patent, and maybe some of them are can be open and standardize now.
