Skyrim and 6950 issues

So I recently picked up a MSI Twin Frozr 6950 for my system and I am having some issues with Skyrim. Check it out


The bar at the top when I shout is a massive blue bar, the stamina bar just goes moves to the right of the screen and it won't display enemy or my players health. It also stays at 60fps according to MSI afterburner's OSD, but I get drops all the time. My rig is my sig rig. I have tried different drivers and that isn't working. Any ideas whats up with my game/pc?

What drivers are you using? This is either a game issue from a patch, or drivers.

I have a 7970 and it happens with 12.7 driver for me too. Same exact issue, downgrade to 12.6 to fix.
